Do you have and small plastic bottles? The paint won’t dry if you can keep it airtight!

If you don’t want to reprint the head, you can put a bad of hot glue in the post hole. Pop the head back on and move it around as the glue cools. Once the hot glue dries, it should act as filler to keep the neck joint tight.
