Support Jades Family After A Tragic Vet Visit Hello I hope all is well. I'm starting this gfm for my dog Jade. Jade is 7 years old and she's a pit/lab. We got her in 2018, I knew I had to choose her because she was very shy at first but, I knew my decision was right. She was so excited when we got home and I was so in love with her. In the past week Jade has been pretty sick, she was barely eating or not at all. We thought it was because she ate fertilizer. But after a visit to the emergency room on June 19th 2025, they did a ultrasound on her which resulted in finding out she has multiple masses in her abdomen and lymph nodes, the same night they did a biopsy on her and it was later confirmed she has gastrointestinal lymphoma. I want her to have a beautiful time for what she has left, apparently she won't make it to her 8th birthday, which is in September. However I'm gonna try my best to make her last hurrah something she'd enjoy. Raising funds for my mother so she can recover from the vet bills she paid. She put a lot of the bills on a credit card, which she'll eventually owe back. The vet isn't cheap especially what Jade had to get done to figure out that one, she has masses in her intestines, and two those masses are cancerous, the most aggressive at that.
