The thing is, Minnesota’s population is such that the liberals in the Twin Cities will ALWAYS outnumber the rural conservatives. It drives them crazy, but it keeps us progressive. I lived in Minneapolis when George Floyd was murdered. We’re not afraid to burn shit down if it forces real change.

Fair - but check who her VP pick was. We elected him twice. We have a Democrat-controlled legislature that provided free school lunches, invested in our state-sponsored healthcare system (open to anyone), and still had enough left to send every citizen a $300 rebate check. Just think it over…

How about an even trade for Minnesota? We have a balanced budget, $500 bn annual GDP, good infrastructure, intelligent and compassionate citizens, and a hockey rink in every city park.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I was a county prosecutor. Politicians have huge egos but judges have God complexes. They’ll never cede the power granted them in the Constitution because it’s sacrosanct.
