As a former media card holder now in a state that outlaws it, I think it's been a complex issue to approach, so it's left to the states while the feds kind of turn a blind eye to it. It hasn't been a battle many want to take up. Even Matt Gaetz has suggested at legalizing for medical conditions.

Unfortunate. I get that they're just people too, but what they do isn't normal, and the money and lifestyle turns some of them from decent people into monsters. If they started that way, they get worse. There are decent ones out there, as you point out, and I still think the majority are good people

I just finished a wonderful show on Netflix called "Derry Girls" and he's featured prominently in the series finale. (No Spoilers) I literally cried and he didn't even say anything. He didn't have to. It was just him and the camera and you could read him like a book. I guess he's that good. Fool me.

I figured as much. That's sad, but I don't understand the rationale behind wanting to keep them alive, assuming there's no cure or practical use for them anymore. If they're just going to suffer and spread it, it would seem like the only solution that makes sense. I'm no bird pathologist or anything

We're already way past all these realizations and revelations. The question is now, what do we do? Aside from the obvious things that haven't worked and have put us in this position. We are beyond convinced, now we are ready to act.

He'll either flee the country or incite another January 6th style insurrection attempt. That is if he hasn't fully handed us to Russia and China by then. He's not just going to go quietly or willingly. He'll burn it all down and take everyone with him before he spends one day in a prison cell.
