Quite right. Is anyone talking to you??? Some attention to what did happen will be important if the situation is to be improved. I am somewhat despairing at the moment possibly the root of the time of my comments. However it is nice to be in contact even if we don’t quite agree!!

I take your point Colin - but a lot of effort put into achieving the outcome whether or not the effectiveness was achieved. The problem with targets is that they can be gamed so well. Not convinced that particular set of control actives control. Where we are at the moment is, however, not pretty.
