I love my wife and I work in IT
See, as a young person, I don't get the joke. This is simply how old people look like, not how they "feel they look like", just how they look like.

This will be inconsequential in the sense that the right does not need a reason to be extremely hostile and has already been invading cities with military force stripped of anyone who isn't cultishly loyal.

It's possible that we're just talking past each other here. I do agree that people are responsible for their choices. I just don't think blamimg the *gestutes widely* voters serves any actionable purpose aside from playing into someone's divide and conquer strategy. Blaming the party is actionable.

I am not claiming otherwise. What I am claiming is closer to "While voting for Trump is ridiculous and refusing to vote is ridiculous, voting for Biden also was ridiculous, even if preferable"
While many can be threatened with diarrhea to vote for regular old shit, apparently that just isn't enough.

Voters decide who wins. Political parties decide who's running. If it was like you claim and only the voters made decisions in elections, then neither Trump nor Biden ever would've happened.

I think it's rather undemocratic to blame the voters for a political party's loss, instead of blaming the political party for providing shit options. It is completely predictable and 100% unavoidable that a percentage of the voter base has a limit on how shitty dems can be before they stop voting

Sorry but my main problem, to an overwhelming degree, with these jeans is their ridiculous parallel whiskers. They don't look worn in at all, they look like he put them on a grill for a bit.

One doesn't always have to have an axe to grind. Friendly people can sometimes disagree with each other, and good people can sometimes be wrong on some points.
That may be controversial in 2025 when people aren't people but brands held up to the standard of megacorpos, but that's what I believe.

You debunk one (unless it manages to discredit itself with blatant, wanton destruction), and it's replaced with another and the cycle repeats.

Capitalism is generating an endless stream of distractions as our extinction-level issues get worse. Just a few years ago this psychotic machine claimed bitcoin would save the climate.
I believe this will not stop until we fight against all those distractions as a whole, instead of each separately.

This bubble too shall pass, as did crypto and nfts. The only way out of that is get the bubble big enough to buy out the government and then subsidize this sinking ship. Will happen, but you life support only goes so far.

Yes, that is one of the core values of america, but they define free speech as being allowed to insult brown people. This sometimes gets lost in translation to non-american english.
