We stopped thinking like traditional marketers and started thinking like community builders instead.

We found passionate game developers across 250+ colleges in Asia and America, then helped them start their own local chapters.

The platform only allowed 150 members per group, which meant we had to create over 200 separate groups and manage each one manually. Imagine having hundreds of different conversations happening at once, with each one needing personal attention and genuine care.
