Venting on main sorry </3 I just have been so exhausted I keep TRYING to draw but it's a struggle

I love my job genuinely it's literally just an issue with this ONE person (except said person has power over me so that's fun ig)

My ASM has admitted (only while my manager is out of earshot) that she wants to find a reason to get me fired :) I have been at this job longer than her AND constantly perform better. Just. Y'know. :')

You GOTTA look at your art with fresh eyes every time because it's so easy to get lost in the details 😭 I don't know how many times I've gotten frustrated that it's just not working out and when I come back it looks perfectly fine 😭😭

Sometimes the errors are only obvious after putting a good couple of hours into something 😔
