i've been hunting for a spritz cookie recipe for xmas that you can actually pipe easily without hurting your hands, and this recipe uses a secret ingredient (!mayo!) to accomplish that, wild 😆 you can't taste it btw, these taste like any other lightly sweet, crisp, vanilla butter cookie 🧈

this recipe is my mom's favorite bc doing a glaze with even more lemon juice instead of just a powdered sugar dusting makes for EXTRA TART lemon bars (and i agree, with lemon go big or go home, i want it to HIT 😆)

this one is for my fellow crust haters, or those who want an easier option than dealing with pie crust: impossible pumpkin pie! all the smooth, flavorful, and sliceable filling but no crust 🎃

brother and a few nephews stopped in on their way up to lake superior, and one of the kiddos loves baking with me so i couldn't help but say yes when he asked 😆
(he wanted donuts and it was a gr8 excuse to test if my cinnamon roll dough works for baked donuts too AND IT DOES 🎉)

this recipe is great 4 summer specifically bc it's light and refreshing, not heavy and dense like NY style. both have their place, but i tend to prefer this one most of the time 😎
