congrats!!

omg you read so many! fantasy is one of my favorites other than classics but i only read 2 this year ;-;

i'm gonna *probably* read Disappearing Earth! i've been eyeing it on my shelf the most, so we will see how much i get into it! it feels great for a winter break read, but i could end up chaning my mind

the thing that dampened my enjoyment of the book the most was how badly dickens writes women. miss h is not bad, but what he did with estella?? such a waste.

i thought the mystery, crime, and pip's journey was written well (& enjoyed) but i simply cannot overlook his handling of female characters
