You can enable "Automatically call" by following these steps:
1. On your Pixel Watch, swipe down.
2. Tap Settings > Safety and emergency > Emergency SOS.
3. Select 'Ways to start SOS'.
4. Tap 'Automatically call'.

This update will become the default behavior for Emergency SOS on Pixel Watch over the next few weeks.

This change aims to reduce accidental emergency calls and provides a 20-second window to confirm the call. Users can still revert to the old auto-call functionality, but must manually change the settings in the Safety and emergency menu.
