Cold high-fat things are almost a different ingredient than when they're hot, and temperature contrast is definitely a thing worth exploring. Like cold butter on warm Banana Bread etc. some of them are iconic already.

If you're a manufacturer who now chooses to re-introduce these substances into your products, it seems to me that this may be a huge legal liability in the future. Just because it's (temporarily?) legal to use them, I feel like the product liability lawyers are going to eat you up.

I have for a long time felt that we need to be teaching a unit on probability (and how to interpret things like health-related news stories etc.) every single year throughout primary and secondary school. It could make SO much of a difference.
