Scholars, Painters, and Constructors, the three that progressed Veliva to the point it is now. However, the Constructors has created new synthetic organisms, unique to the others they made, ones that has limited souls. Non existent, and unable to think for themselves. but one, has Robotic Symphony.

Two sides are held in this galaxy. A side of light and one of dark. Sounds simple, but we see a place where both coexists, two siblings who wields both of these attribute. While both sides holds reasonable talks to each other, there are more extreme sides who wants the other gone, a Darkening Light

This galaxy inhabits both industrial might and powerful magics and creatures. Whether it be the second sighted people with ties to medusa, to the lost houses of Dracula, the world has known to co-exists with the likes of magic and technology. I pray these Magical Victorians will be safe in this age.
