This week I will be streaming at my usual time (will do my best to notify y'all here too!) but I will be taking a step back and play something really slow paced as right now I feel extremely slowed down, which is a good thing for my extremely anxious self, if I think about it.

I finally know the answers on why can't I message my artist and reply to other people, why is it so hard to get up and do the things I need to do. Why is it so difficult to move forward and to improve. Turns out, it's all in my head! Literally.
