I let the tea steep for 20mins then put some honey and lemon and its my favourite way to drink tea.

During one of my more recent boughts I started spiraling and decided some research would help me calm down, it did but I also found out this could have something to do ocd

Context being I've had death anxiety since I was like 10 but only got a proper handle on it for the past 4 years. Sometimes in extended high stress times I'll get anxiety about death.

To be that evil is beyond me

8 hours is literally the best way to sleep😌😌

Well if worse comes to worse I can always go into enviro science because they basically have the same prerequisites
