Good choices! Some of those will certainly take time to get through. Valkyrian Chronicles, Skies of Arcadia, and Sacred Stones are great games if you get around to them. On the show side, Spy Family is a good choice for light hearted and RWBY for story and characters

That is tough! I love the second Frieren and Iroh. Among the rwby bunch, Ren's pin is especially beautiful. So is Winter's actually. But you can't go wrong with any of them. I'm not sure I actually helped at all.

I hope you enjoy it! It started off as a casual series started by a small group of friends with a shoestring budget but eventually evolved into a brilliant story focusing on complex female characters. It also has stellar lgbtq representation, it just takes time for it to develop.
