I kid you not, I based his taste in books on the kinds of stuff my history/philosophy major friends like to read just cause they remind me of him AHHHHH

For those of you who are curious as to what this is...

This art is actually pretty old. Can't believe it's been over 2 years since I drew this...

I ask so many big questions formulated from even bigger aspirations, and I sometimes wonder if I can ever even pull this off properly.
If I do it incorrectly, I can cause more harm than good. And that scares me.

...What if I also mentioned that I'm only really writing this to process my own thoughts about doing it...? Processing seeing the people I love follow through with it. What is the thought process behind it? What do people really truly think about when considering, and how can I make people relate?

I think there are two types of death.

One death, where you truly, very much stop "living" in a literal sense

And the other death. Where you just give up on hope completely. An internal death, so to say. You are alive, but not living.

I suppose what I am trying to do here is to communicate that the consequences outweigh the benefits of the act itself.

Despair is cyclical in nature. Addressing the root cause of despair is more important than seeking a final end. It's ultimately futile, and the true solution always lies elsewhere
