The additional potential bonus being that many educational facilities come with the perk of offering free tuition to their employees after a few years of service, so you *could* go for a masters in library science.

B. Make sure to negotiate beforehand about the need to wear headphones for any activities that use them, and work out the proper signaling to grab attention if vital info needs to be shared (food? snack? Check your phone?)
