I'd like to propose the ISO set a standard for the number & position of belt loops, to alleviate the problem of walking around all day having skipped one because today's trousers have a different set-up to yesterday's trousers

My cynical suspicion is that this is more aimed at Pride & Trans Flags than Ukrainian ones, but even if I agreed with that it is so ill-thought out. No county flags? Regimental flags? What about being able to fly the royal standard if the king decides to visit?

For the first time in twenty-whatever-it-is years of playing the guitar I have just pulled my guitar out of the case to find a string had broken while it was not in use.

Got an email from my car insurer this morning saying they were "sorry to see me go" which was rather a shock as I wasn't aware I had left.
Turns out I had missed an email telling me they weren't offering a renewal as they "no longer had a suitable product".
