I am thinking about possibly confining a major antagonist/element into the story much later rather than earlier in the story as some historical event. There's already too many things that are introduced as a "historical/ancient" element, so it gets old after the 14th time

it's one of those brainrotting hyperfixations I have right now, and I SO. BADLY. need to channel the inspiration it's given me into a little story. It's so good, the art, the story it tells through the song and video, UGH. I love art.
