It’s the same here in Canada. Nationalized elections aren’t the problem. It’s the fact that one party (or in this case one administration) wants to control them for their own benefit. In a perfect world, nationalized elections are a good thing. Same rules and standards for all voters and candidates.

As a Canadian, it's time for our Government to tell Donald to, as they say in England, "do one", and take our power, our oil, our minerals and 1000s of other things that the U.S. needs and find other markets. You can't make a deal with a megalomaniac who continually moves the goalposts.
