The failure to recognize how bad Covid still is and how badly capitulating to denier extremists still botches how we handle it is a big part of what created today's mess. I worry decent, normal people who also don't give a damn about Covid (until it's too late) are vulnerable to her bullshit.

What's the context? Is he getting confused about which harmless pain med he's supposed to make a controversy about, or is this a new vendetta? In which case, what prescription med are they making "cheaper" so they can push their followers onto it instead?

Typical bully stuff, but what gets me is that it's so witless. So humorless. He's painfully incapable of being funny, but while he'll pay for people to game for him, he won't pay for a joke. His best orange friend can read people like a drag queen sometimes and he won't even steal material.
