Yes I’m sure that when a beneficiary dies the family’s first thought is to get their SNAP benefits stopped. Duh.

I can't help but think about how often cops have been alerted because of calls by students during a school shooting. How often survivors have been found because of students using cell phones in the midst of the shooting. Anything that limits or challenges that type of accessibility is dangerous.
