Yes, but allowing the tokenisation of investment still makes only sense for a very few individuals. There is very little thinking about what would be the use cases for tokenised investment funding for the real economy. In this regard, there is no difference between the EU, US or now the UK.

He presented a few of his latest papers. They were all centered around the idea that innovation is a private sector phenomenon. It is only the private sector that innovates and therefore the role of a government is to help the private sector in this.
