This is Odo as he appears in the episode "Little Green Men" where he transforms into a dog. The piece features the dog's limbs dripping with goo and its tail almost being liquid. On the very top there is a version of the same dog running with its tail similarly being liquid. In the bottom right there is a small doodle of odo leaning down on the ground, becoming liquid. The entire piece is beige/orange/brown toned due to the colour of odo in his liquid state. there are cloud motifs surrounding the whole piece. There is a circular shape around the dogs face. there are many gradients used throughout this piece.
