I broke down and cried half way through single-handedly cleaning out my parents' place. Just so much stuff (and trash). Luckily, I found a local antique dealer who does estate sales. She said "Hand me the keys. I'll do the rest." She was a godsend.

My family got Shrimp Boat every Monday night, because my dad had school board meetings on Monday. Mom always got me a salad since I'm not big on fish. Brother became a regular and all he had to do to order when he walked in was raise 2, 2 or 3 fingers for how many pieces he wanted. Good memories!

I lost a friend to suicide last year that I was just getting to know. We never met. But our friendship was real. He even told his daughter how much my friendship and support meant to him. The pain of his loss is still with me and it hurts. It's as real as it can get. Friends are friends. Period.

I agree. I'm not big in them being in families with kids, but I have no issue with pit bulls.
