SquareUp.com just tried to upgrade me to a Plus plan without my consent. The sent an email at least. But it opts everyone in to a $49/mo plan without permission. You have to notice, and opt out.
So I noticed. And cancelled my $20/mo plan as well.

Am I reading this correctly? It *doesn't matter* that Congress hasn't appropriated funds for the "Fork in the Road" buyout because, even if Congress doesn't appropriate the funds and the government breaches its agreement, Federal Employees can just sue.
