We have a really good idea about where it comes from. It has far more to do with your childhood, how you were parented (especially the role your father played in comparison to your mother), as well as any traumas someone may have suffered from abuse than any other factors.

The Bible understands how the consequences of our sin has severely impacted our race and God's grace extends to all people, including eunuchs. But God does not turn a blind eye to those who openly rebel against Him.

My eyesight going bad is the result of the fact that I am aging. The reason why we age and die is one of the consequences of our sin.
