There are some ways to export your profiles and scenes, but I forget at this point what is built in

It won't help you atm - but the best thing to do is set up OBS in portable mode. Saves all its settings in the folder so you can pick up and move your install from one computer to another. Also let's you do backups really easy before OBS updates

Popcorn is much nicer than Crispy Chicken McGriddle.
