Stay safe. Maybe I should ask later, but here it goes, why are houses not made of bricks and cement? I never got that when visiting LA, so much money and then it looks like Trinidad and Tobago.

Check out a little grow tent, you can put them on a table or counter, just buy the spawn and you can grow them in sterilized straw, it's a lot cheaper and you can have mushrooms for life, they usually grow between 15 to 20°C and it's really easy. Just be careful with contamination.
