Money? The way I see it, you paid for it already. Find a "backup"

Time? Can't figure that one out for you sadly.

But you know what you don't have? Your music. Gotta find that balance of time spent getting copies, and time spent not having your music.

While most people won't invite a random person off the net to join their tracker, you can always apply to some when applications are open. (Or make friends with someone that can supply you with the files til you get access yourself)

And on my gaming PC, I have sunshine, and can stream from it via moonlight, but I could offload that to the server if I put a GPU in there. (At least for light games without the risk of running too much on there)

Best part (depending how you define a retro emulation machine) is they can all be done on the same PC.

I have a home lab that has:
Palworld server
Plex (movies, music, and shows)
Books (Caliber)
Seed box
Monster hunter frontier server
Photo back-up (immich)
Blog
FreshRSS...

Not only is it still around, they have open beta of the new TS6, and you can clearly see they are going for discord vibes with it.

FreshRSS for my feeds. No "algorithm" to try and feed you what you don't need or want.

Caliber for my ebook storage and sharing.

Immich for photo and video backups

Pihole(or the like) to clean what normal web I do use.

In shitpost server I'm in, I already host our pal world server on my home lab. Sooner or later, I'm going to be hosting the shit posting server. I already know this. XD

I have 1000Mbps down, and 100Mbps up. I have a collection of friends streaming from my plex server on the regular, a seed box, game servers with friends and I run sunshine on my game PC to WAN and my upload is starting to be a bottle neck for me.

I use RED to get my files (normally FLAC) and use Plex/Plex AMP to play/listen to them.

I was just reading an article about this. While I would love nothing more than to see them slammed with fines, I have to also think about how the outcome could effect the regular Jo. It won't have direct impact on me as I'm not from the states... But it'll have an impact somehow.

Oh man, I just had this fight with that exact show on Plex. I just figured out how TVDB did it, and dealt with it. But man it took some time
