There’s a Simpsons joke where Marge says “Fox turned into a hardcore porn channel so slowly, I barely noticed”. Twitter became a horror show that it is, and we all noticed, but we just accepted bots, insults and terrible adverts and bad faith arguments, and in the end, it was hard to open the app.

Within a few hours, this has gone up to two thousand. Hurray!
First really nice Bluesky milestone - got a client up to 1,000 followers on here, so that’s lovely. (They had 200,000 followers on Twitter, but it’s still a success!) #socialmedia #creatives

Bluesky showing that you can go viral with cool/funny/interesting content. Twitter/X was suppressing anything with a link, anything it didn’t like, and pushing you to the bottom if you didn’t pay for a tick. And to a huge percentage of people, the brand is toxic and giving them money is just bad.
