My guess is that they aired the movie, or it's christmas special, since I'm guessing ITV was into broadcasting movies in the holiday season. The only other thing I think CiTV aired movies, was Willows in Winter in 2003, and most of the Pokemon Movies at the time, in 2009-13.

I still have the three I posted, my guess is that Fox Kids had a lot of throw away shows and not wanted them on tv, but did not want to waste them, so they put them on DVD.
(Like these are shows, you see on POP uk)
