Dry, warm homes with cheaper energy bills are the minimum we should provide our brave service personnel and their families. At my recent visit to Bassingbourn Barracks, I heard about the work to refurbish the on-site housing which will bring it up to the highest standard.

We are calling for an independent Just Transition Commission to protect these skilled workers. Job creation must match job losses.
