One of the discussions on Chinese social media that I saw go viral recently is based around the 斩杀线 (Kill Threshold) concept.

This term originated within video games to describe when an enemy's health is near zero and can be killed in one hit / move.

It can also be applied in a financial setting

This is perfect. The DOJ's embarrassing snafu with disappearing redactions was the fault of Elon Musk. Musk cancelled government subscriptions to Adobe programs that would have made the redactions permanent. What a pack of fools.

Reference sheet of Aurora Vulpa, the navigator of the Nightseeker pirates. Aurora is a small young girl with medium length blonde hair and dark blue eyes with light blue pupils. She has a mark of a crescent moon on her forehead with the "opening" pointing upward, and thick round eyebrows. Her hair is also tied with two silver bells. Being a "Cauda", an original species depicting half human, half animal beings, she has wolf ears as well as a fluffy tail, that has the same color as her hair. She hides her ears under a white cape with black fur covering the edges. Besides that, she wears a thick dark blue coat, that has silver constellation patterns all over it. The edges of the coat are also decorated with white fur. A necklace made out of purple beads hangs over her chest, that also carries a silver magatama. The coat's also being held together by an obi-like belt, that is an even darker shade of blue, and ends with a big ribbon in the back, that also has a big silver bell placed in the middle. Beneath the coat, her legs are bare except a pair of thick dark blue boots with black fur. The boots are tied with purple twines. A small silver pin of the jolly roger of the nightseekers is placed on top of the knots. As a weapon, she uses a wand made of crescent moon shaped wood and seven silver bells. These bells glow blue when rung. This wand is a religious artifcat used by the Nebula Clan and an important item in several rituals, which is why Aurora uses it to cast her magic.

No bank account, credit cards, investments, retirement funds, limited travel, and other restrictions are the immediate impact.

The US does this regularly and it is essentially a civil death sentence.
