🫀invasive left heart catheterization + 3D echocardiography
🫀high VA #ECMO flow significantly reduced LVEDP, LVEDV, LVSW vs low flow, irrespective of survival status:
🩺 6 survivors; they had higher LVEF + lower LVEDV/LVEDP at lowest EBF
