I was at the Brno Technical Museum today to knock an item off my bucket list, to see an Enigma machine. I realised my dream and had the same feeling as when I saw the Mona Lisa, Van Gogh's Sunflowers and Copenhagen's little mermaid, "Is that it?". Never meet your heroes even if they are inanimate

Not a happy camper! I hate having to take her to the cattery and I'll miss her but at least I know she'll be taken good care of whilst I'm on my travels.

I've been rumbled by my cat.
Today I'm taking her to the cattery and true to form she seems to know and changes her behaviour pattern by not coming home at her usual time. I have no idea how she can sense that she's going away and does her best to avoid me.

A grand day out putting the B'Twin E Fold 500 through a real world test to see how long the 7ah 36v battery would last. It was a miserable day with an average air temperature of 4C which obviously impacts on the battery. I managed to clock up 60km before the battery gave up the ghost.

Finally after two week of purchasing my Decathlon B'Twin E Fold 500 I had the chance to take it out for a ride & I love it. It's such an easy & comfortable bike to ride even with the pedal assist switched off. At one point I managed to crank it to 37km/h on the flat which was pretty good going.

Being known as a madman with a cat how could I not book a ticket to this. Of course once the psychology is explained, my cat Wilson, will go and change all the rules. 🤪

I'm now back home in #Czechia and reunited with my trusty #Yedoo #Wolfer #footbike. This evening I managed to get in my first training session of this visit, a 21km round trip to #Jaroměřice.

Did it! Now back on my intermittent fasting wagon. The goal is to lose 10kg on the run up to Christmas.

This is tough. I fell off my intermittent keto diet wagon last week due to socialising. Climbing back on the wagon is hard especially since I'm constantly being bombarded with ads for food.
