Please add to Flex Alerts when there is an excess of solar energy production and not just when there is an issue with a shortage. Many of us would use that time to charge a battery for later use. It would be nice to be able to save on costs during that time too, but the main obj is clean energy use

Is there an issue with the Trump admin regarding interstate commerce with regional markets or is that simply a non-issue with this sort of thing? I have no idea but read something about a concern.

How about a new rate plan for the excess solar hours where a consumer gets an alert and/or designated time to charge a solar battery or EV? Due to fog, I can't always charge all my batteries with solar and would plug in with an excess alert. Then renters could use batteries to help conserve too.

Environment related regarding CAs excess solar energy hours. What if households were to each get a certain free energy hour during peak solar hours to use to charge an EV or a solar battery to use later or for any other use? Nothing causes people to take more notice and comply than the word "free."

Great idea. Congress should take their cues from voters. Honestly, if government were to build a lot of low to no cost housing for seniors (like mobile home parks that can go up quickly) it would open up more SFH as some would sell to relocate and downsize to retire, but investors need to be curbed.

I still do not know how the work requirement passed the test though. It seems like a policy change.

It's ironic that HLS who says we need to know who is in the country claims to not even know who was in the room.

So, they supposedly didn't know a U.S. Senator, from the state they are in, was sitting in the room they are in. Did they even vet the guests?

Do you feel safer with them in charge?

This admin and HLS says we should know who is in the country...

How about starting by knowing who is in the room?

How would they not know a Senator from the state they are in is sitting in the room they are in?

Do you feel safe with this bunch of nitwits in charge?

I can't believe that the republicans in the Senate just voted against Duckworth's amendment to retore the jobs veterans lost due to Musk's firings.

All of them voted against it! Horrific!

You did an awesome job with your speech!

Because then that is all the media would talk about rather than fact check all of Trump's lies. I think Trump was trying to provoke Dems to create headlines for right-wing media and the Dems were not going to fall for it.

Elissa Slotkin delivered an awesome Democratic response to Trump's address to Congress.

I noticed she was sitting next to you at cabinet hearings, as well. You both asked great questions. You guys should be the Dem response team.

Trump needs to stay in the headlines since he is sinking himself, we do not want to take the headlines away from Russia and Ukraine and tariffs and make it about Dems.
March 4, 2025 at 4:38 PM
Whatever you do, do not steal the headline. Let Trump keep sinking himself. Otherwise, Russia and Ukraine and tariffs will not be as big of a headline, but Dem behavior. Trump will thrive on it. A collective thumbs down to his lies would be appropriate, then the headlines will be about what his lies
March 4, 2025 at 4:35 PM
Boycotting would be better than walking out, but once again, the focus needs to stay on what Trump says and does and how bad it is. If the focus shifts to "angry Dems" Trump will be emboldened, right-wing media will love it (libs owned), and the GOP in congress will have an excuse to stick with him
March 4, 2025 at 4:28 PM
If the Dems (or one of them) walks out, the headlines will be all about that person or "the Dems" and not about Trump or Russia. We need to keep the pressure and focus on Trump and the GOP. Do a collective thumb's down instead.
