I explicitly asked if I could take Tylenol for my migraine pain, and the reaction from the Doctor (back in 1998) was a very strong NO, that it is extremely dangerous to the fetus. I have no idea why some are saying it is OK now as I do not think the medicine has changed at all.

I cannot say anything about if Tylenol causes autism, but I can say with 100% confidence that my Dr. STRONGLY recommended I not take any when I was pregnant. I suffer from severe migraines and was told I could not take any of my regular medication for them while pregnant.
