I might be biased because I'm a parrot lover, but I really love the first one! The vibrant colors, simple shapes, and the interaction between the two birds create a little story that makes the drawing more engaging for the eyes. The others are amazing too, though! 🦜

In general for the colors I suggest you to use the system colors or with the same color contrast (there are some websites to check color contrast) so it will look great in both dark and light mode!
