Back from an interesting trip where we've proven that yes, it is possible to travel to the continent by railway. The Eurostar, the TGV, even your average regional trains, are wonderful. It's a long trip. It required a great deal of planning and strong verbal skills. But it was fun

This is the first significant harvest we've had from our 7 y.o. hazel trees. They are unfussy plants here in Scotland and they make for a good summer hedge #gardening
