He/Him. Sometimes I work on games. Sometimes audio/music. Sometimes I draw.

If you want to riff off any of my designs/work just lemme know.

Anyway, setting things up correctly now. Backing up my windows install with clonezilla to another drive and going to use a working fresh ssd.

It's just not a reality I'd imagine many people would have multiple drives/backup options available or want to fiddle to figure out backups.

Yeah I love systems where training reduces skill allocation cost, and skill point/slots are static. The "mental load" juggling skills just being how much you can refine them to fit.

Talking it through, recurring skill maintenance may sound better on paper than in practice 😅. Will have to test it.

Yeah! It's very appropriate for the subject haha, exploring/learning/sharing.

Was just thinking about something similar with skills growing stale when out of practice, but in a positive way? One door closes another opens etc.

Tricky to balance the expectation of constant growth, but I like the shepherd's tone comparison and that kind of intentional impermanence idea.

There is a wonderful demo for a new janky Tenchu-like you may be interested in 👀. It's so much fun to play local coop and stuff too.

Yeah been watching it the first time as well. They're so good at jumping straight into the messy worldview stuff that the other series tend to force pleasant resolutions for. They really let that stuff linger well in DS9.
