As with most problems in the Country & the Tory Party it all goes back to Boris Johnson. The decline had started with Brexit but Johnson's actions made it terminal.

Cutting to the chase. Mistakes apart Labour are doing positive stuff. Neither the weak Tories or incompetent & dangerous Reform could run the Country competently.
