also the fact Aiden asked Jackson if he wanted a hug / could have a hug, instead of just assuming it’s fine is a really nice small detail no one ever talks about. the whole scene in Big Brother is so sad to watch, but nice that Aiden at least asks Jackson if it’s okay

i hope so, im not too too sure anymore, but i have some hope! my friend recently got their passport in January and are now in Germany, so it might still be possible for me. just not on a study permit since..i didnt stay in college 🤕 oops

id love to live somewhere where theres no hurricanes, ever. my ptsd is so bad, i have one prolonged panic attack every hurricane season, it only gets worse!

it’s actually because of how many people migrated here AFTER the legacy storm. they have no idea what us true locals suffered with. i can still hear sirens and helicopters when i sleep sometimes. the horror yall.. they don’t have a clue.

add insult to injury, he’s now holding other disaster victims hostage. what he did to NC? it’s worse than what he did to us! and NC came to our rescue more than he did. and we picked him over them? what about CA? they helped us too! Gd, this all sucks so much.

how is this area STILL so magaot infested, even after what he did to us? or better what he wouldn’t do for us? he stood in my driveway and saw my neighbors and i’s destroyed homes and for what? everyone here is in painful debt now because he had no choice but to pay with money we didn’t have.

that last part tho is just me speculating, nothing has been said to think they’d do that, but if they did i wouldn’t be surprised at all 🤕 this country is so unstable, i won’t be too surprised if we all get trapped here 😭 ive dreamed of leaving for almost a decade tho! :(

i should be fine in theory but it’s so scary regardless, we have no idea how widespread some issues actually are. and thinking Canada is kinda my only out.. im worried they’ll put a travel ban on Americans because of how much the usa has shown their ass lately, which i wouldn’t blame them!!

lots of queer people are being attacked in terms of “getting out” or staying! i don’t have much of my trans-ness documented (maybe some at old therapist years ago) but hopefully nothing was written down too much! and our aviation has been so dismantled that i have no choice but to drive

it’s gotten so murky i don’t even know anymore 😭 fingers crossed i can get out though. some people have had their social security cards, birth certificates, and passports ripped up in the mail though 😭 ive heard rumors that people are getting detained at the border over social media too!
