My oldest brother disagrees with me on politics and is always hijacking my posts on Facebook. Well, today I fought back and I removed his posts to my suggestion others try this Bluesky forum. He is against activism. He is anti migrant and anti progressive ideas.

How can you be 74 and not a united states senator? Sorry to be ageist but you should be on the judiciary committee or something
I’m 74 and I have found new hobbies after I grew older and retired. What is wrong with that? It would be sadder to do nothing. Hobbies are enriching and fun and make life worth getting up every day.

I wish I could have gone that route, but I had to pay for my education and couldn’t afford, much less get in, Harvard or Yale or any Ivy institution. Few senators come in without that, and I’m female
