The comments are not about the people in those roles, I'm sure your daughter is diligent & good at her job. It's about the (lack of) quantity & quality of training & experience that is provided to this role Vs what any person should get to be in a medical role, for the safety of patients and PAs.

There's a stream beside my childhood home, in summers we played, swam, built dams & tried to catch tiddlers in it. Now our kids do the same and it's magical watching that same simple joy in them x
