You can do multiple quests at a time yea, but all of those quest are worth way way less, if you do all three of your dailies, you only get 2.5k bloodpoints for EACH, and two days worth of dailies don’t get you enough rift fragments to get a single tier in the rift.
Also no more non quest rift frags.

Then what if the killer forces someone to stand by dropping repeatedly to restart the timer?
I think that what the devs were considering was if you make the survivors wait, you give the killer control
