Well you’re not gonna like this… About 70 per meal. Lol You should have 1 to 1.2 grams per lb of ideal body weight. You probably don’t want to lose weight you probably want to be leaner. That’s why we usually break it up into 5-6 meals. To make it easier to get it in. Or drink a protein shake or 2

Also this is why I don’t do the diet like this. It’s hard. lol. That’s why only a small percentage of the population can do it for long periods of time and for now I am not one of them. 😂

It’s a lot of food. And a lot of prep. No one Really wants to do it. Here is a sample breakfast I made for my coworker. And there are 4 more meals with this much food. lol
