I watched the Blob last night, I can't believe i had gone that long without seeing it. The intro song was probably my favorite but I enjoyed it. I also watched the quartermass xperiment. i am rewatching Breakfast at Tiffany's currently. this fall i am enjoying horror, 50s movies, sci fi, and 80s

followed it up with a super depressing movie, firstborn (1984) with peter weller/ tari garr. corey haim played one of the kids. basically the divorced mom gets with an abusive coke dealer and lets him run the house until the older brother steals his drugs to push him out of the house. chase scene rn

Also, what was with that NY time report they claimed they spoke to an official that told them the evidence the ATF examined conflicted with the report that the FBI submitted about the settings. The official claimed maybe the fbi had misread or misintrepeted it. Havent gotten any update on that.

Is it just me or the silence a bit telling? They have access to his online history. If he was a leftist Patel/Trump would be fapping and running it on fox news. I think they hit an uh oh situation. I hear about the casings but i dont trust patel/trump and it could have been a false trail.

Not possible with Trump installing loyalists left and right and gutting agencies. The next 4 years will be a daily struggle of trying to make sure Trump doesnt become a successful dictator unless people come together and tell him to fuck off. Even then it might trigger martial law

I gotta be honest here, I think duckduckgo is terrible. There was many times in the past where I couldn't find the things I was looking for and had to use google. Anything that takes any context or a question usually gives me yahoo-esque results

Maybe i'm just too petty but i stopped using google entirely, for searches, browser, maps, email, everything. Which is unfortunate because every other search engine sucks ass.

Its the ads Trump and Elon didnt pay for that concern me. There are tens, perhaps, hundreds of thousands of bots flooding facebook with Pro Trump, Pro Elon propaganda. It is a very expensive and coordinated attack on the American people

Would have been fairly easy to make a bundle of $ when he got elected. Could have invested in private prison stocks, buy certain crypto and dump and soon as it goes up, look who he's friends with, they'll make $, look what his actions are going to do and invest accordingly. I don't have the stomach

The lack of resistance makes me vomit. But I feel like the voters are giving up as well. We can organize things like occupy wall St but when a fascist and the world's richest man take over every government agency and are seemingly forming a dictatorship silence from everyone.

It's like a much worse version of Reagan who was controlled by banks and Merrill Lynch. It's like that but he's controlled by far right extremists and ultra billionaires who wanna watch the US be torn apart to drastically restructure it in their own vision at any cost.

How are news agencies and citizens not more alarmed by this? The worlds richest man is taking over the government one agency at a time and people are acting like it's just another day. There should be mass anger and concern. Have people been conditioned to not care or what
