Getting one of these 360 arm rests for my desk has helped tremendously

and also funnily enough making the surface on my drawing tablet as small as possible so I don't have to move my arm/hands at all. When I had a touchscreen laptop I would connect a controller and use it for keyboard shortcuts:)
